All Good Things Must Come to an End

Joby played basketball for the city this year and loved it. He had a lot of fun running up and down the court. He shot a few baskets in practice, but always got a little too timid in the game. His coach was great! So patient and kind to teach them. Joby's already moved on the next sport--SOCCER!

Jillian in the Tub

Jillian is almost 6 months and getting bigger everyday. She loves to talk, play with the rag in the bathtub, and see Joby and Jerni. She has a laid back personality and loves to smile with her tongue sticking out.

Dental Month

Justin had a chance to go to all the Kindergarten classes at Joby's school and talk about dental hygiene. This is Joby's class with Cory the Kangaroo!

Soooooo Tired

A couple of weekends ago, we had James, Liz, Jayden, Britton, and Jarin visit. The kids had so much fun playing together!

Jerni fell asleep on the couch, shortly after they left on Sunday night with the iPod in her hand.

Joby fell asleep while finishing his homework.

This girl cracks me up with her posing and her choice of clothes!
PS-That "Phatty McPatty" on the floor is Jillian (5 months)!

My Girls

My sweet and dear friend, Lexie, made these super cute shirts for the girls. Don't they look great! Thank you Lexie!

Jillian Grace Olsen

Introducing...

Jillian Grace Olsen! Born September 16 at 10:17 am weighing in at 8 lb. 3 oz. and 21.5 in. long.

I'm a little embarrassed to put this picture on here, but after having natural birth (which was NOT planned) in only 20 minutes after arriving at the hospital, I'm come to terms with this picture. This was taken a few seconds after she was born. I felt like I was having an out-of-body experience.

This was taken a few minutes after Jillian was born. I was much happier and excited for that process to be over!

Joby's Playing Baseball

Joby is playing baseball! He has great coaches that are so patient and kind with all the kids. Joby loves it!

His uniform! The shirt is way too big, but he doesn't seem to care.

Getting ready for the ball.

Joby's First Day of Kindergarten

Can it be possible for Joby to really be in kindergarten already?

Yes!

Isn't She so Cute?!

Jerni is becoming quite the big girl. She is now potty trained. She, also, has one of the coolest personalities. She is so funny and fun to be around, but be careful, she can and will turn on you in a flash. We love her so much and are so proud to have her in our growing family.

Joby's Birthday

For Joby's birthday, we went to Marbles Museum in Raleigh and then for his dinner of choice, we went to Pei Wei. Marbles Museum is a kids museum, where everything is hands on. There's a post office to put away mail and packages, a grocery store with food and shopping carts, a huge train table, dress-up, build your own cars and race them against other kids, etc.

He loves trains!

She loves pink!

They love each other!

Happy Birthday, Joby!

Joby's 5th Birthday

Happy Birthday, Joby! I can't believe our little boy is now 5! Joby is such a sweet, loving little boy. We are so blessed to have him as our first child. This year he wanted a Tonka party.

The birthday boy!

This amazing cake was made by my mom. Thanks Mom!!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to the world's greatest dad! We love you and are so grateful for all that you do for us.

Jumperine

We (the kids and I) went to a birthday party on Saturday for my 2 little cousins. They had a bounce house, but Joby calls it a 'Jumperine.' It was like 100 degrees outside. My mom took these shots of the kids jumping.
