Snow Day #2

Today was another snow day. Justin didn't have school, so we played in the snow again.

Here's our little snowman (he's down by my foot, if you can't see him)--

Two Kids, Too Similar

We don't feed our children enough, so they resort to stealing.

Cereal Clepto

Step one: Look so cute, no one suspects a thing.

Step two: Work fast.

Step three: Jackpot!

Snow Day #1

We had some snow and ice yesterday, so Justin didn't have school because the roads weren't safe to drive on. He came up with his own sled (cookie sheets) for he and Joby to go down our driveway.

And he's off...

Spinning around.

The finish line.

Justin and Joby had a lot of fun outside in the snow.

Primary Activity

Joby is now a Sunbeam and the Primary had their first activity this past weekend. The theme was a Family Home Evening lesson on My Eternal Family.

Joby's at one of the four stations having the FHE Lesson from Sister Hickey.

Joby and his group at the last station playing a game after making cookie mix for the treat part of FHE.

Thanks to the leaders for having such a great activity!

No More Monkeys Jumpin' on the Bed

As Joby and Jerni are jumping, Joby is singing "No More Monkeys Jumpin' on the Bed."

Thanks Gammy!

While Justin and I were on the cruise, my mom graciously watched Joby and Jerni. Here are some highlights from their week together:

The bubble machine was a great hit to work off some energy from being inside.

Joby and Jerni bundled up in the wagon for a ride to the mailbox.

Joby and the Spiderman scooter.

Joby and cousin Logan. Mark and his 2 boys came over for a play date. Logan is about 3 weeks older than Joby.

My brother, Jeff, Jerni, and Joby enjoying the piano. I won't comment on how loud they were playing.

Thank you so much Mom for taking such good care of our precious little ones. We are grateful for the memories that the kids have with you. Come visit us in OK soon! WE LOVE YOU!

Olsen Family Caribbean Cruise

Justin's parents took the Olsen clan on a Western Caribbean cruise for Christmas. We left out of Tampa, FL for our 7-day adventure on the Carnival Legend. We ate tons of food, played games, read books, laid out in the hot sun in December, laughed and visited with one another. We took lots of pictures, but here are a few highlights:

Justin and I on our $20 scooter for the day in beautiful Cozumel, Mexico. Our favorite place!

We stopped at a couple of beaches along the way in Cozumel. I don't know the name of this beach, but it sure was pretty. This is the Olsen clan.

We went cave tubing in Belize. I know I look hot with the headlamp on, don't be jealous. The water was a little chilly. The caves were huge. There were probably about a hundred people going through with us. Our tour guide would yell, "Butts Up!" because in some areas there wasn't a lot of water and your butt would scrap along the rocks.

All of us, except Jessica, on our last night on the cruise.

Thanks again Mom & Dad for a great trip! We look forward to going again very soon.
